工程经理

工作职责

1. Se-up new medical device consumable production in China. 

2. Industrialization of new products developed by R&D department.   

3. Development of new manufacturing technology Ｏr solution in order to increase production capacity an d decrease cost of production with high quality standard based on technology roadmap aligned with Global Engineering.  

4.  Performances improvement of existing manufacturing technology thanks to continuous improvement, lean, 6 sigma Ｏr other approach an d production support to secure production performance.   

5. Coordinate Manufacturing technology & Process engineering actions with global manufacturing plants.  

6.  Ensures compliance with applicable state, federal, an d international regulations an d standards.   

7. Identify synergies with the engineering team on site in a one approach.   

8. Establishes policies, goals, budgets, plans, an d procedures related to areas of responsibility.   

9. Contributes an d collaborates to international cross-site projects.   

10. Contributes to continuous process optimization an d its standardization.

任职要求:

1.   Engineering degree （Mechanics, Applied mechanics, Physics, Material） Ｏr above.

2.  Minimum 5 years supervisory experience required.           Minimum 3 years senior management experience required Ｏr young talent.          

   Minimum 5 years’ experience in process engineering required.          

   Manufacturing of medical device Ｏr any product in high quality/high technology standard environment （e.g. semiconductor）.          

   Experience in lean manufacturing, an d six sigma.

3.  The ability to manage a team of people with proven communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff is essential.

4.  Experience working in a multinational company that required communication with overseas locations is important. 

5. Comprehensive experience to use tools an d methods for process engineering an d lean manufacturing. 

6. A high level of skill in using CAD （autocad）, ANSIS, PMAC Machine Code an d Microsoft software. 

7. High level of trust an d integrity. 

8. The ability to communicate in English an d Mandarin, in both written an d verbal form is essential.
